- Any checklist or information provided by us is for guidance and convenience only and is not final. Embassies may change their requirements at any time and may ask for additional documents depending on the case. The company will not be responsible for any such change or for the embassy's decision.
- My Travels & Consultants is not an agent or sub-agent of any embassy. Visa decisions rest solely with the embassy.
- We do not guarantee any visa.
- We do not work on a "done base" (payment after visa) arrangement.
- We do not provide work visas.
- All services are taken by the client's own free will. No one is pressured or forced.
Payments and refunds
- Consultancy fees are non-refundable.
- Payments are accepted only at our office against an official receipt, or in the company's official bank accounts. Payments made to any other account or person will not be accepted.
- Tickets and packages: in case of offloading, not travelling, or visa rejection, payment is refundable only if a refundable ticket or package was purchased (which costs more), and only after the applicable deductions. In all other cases, payments are non-refundable.
Study abroad
- University admission and application fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition fees are paid directly from the student's own bank card, and any refund is made by the university directly to the student.
- If, on the student's request, the tuition fee is paid through the company, the company will only refund the amount actually refunded by the university, and only after that amount has been received in the company's account.
Claims and contact
- Claims are accepted only for dealings made at our office or through our official WhatsApp number. We do not have any sub-agents, and the company is not responsible for dealings made through any other person.
